DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods such as sales, holidays, or exceptional promotional events.

The choice of carrier may vary depending on:

• The quantity of items

• Product availability

• The total cart amount

• The destination country

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs depend on the selected format:

• A4 format: 10.50 CHF

• A3 and A2 formats: approximately 8.50 CHF

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Eleven:Eleven reserves the right to temporarily modify shipping fees or offer free shipping promotions without prior notice.

The shipping fees applicable to an order are those displayed and accepted at the time of purchase. Under no circumstances may a third party claim reimbursement of shipping fees that were valid at the time the order was placed.
